Position: Otolaryngologist (ENT Physician)
Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (0.5–1.0 FTE)
Schedule: Approximately 2–4 days per week
Practice Setting: Clinical ENT Practice
Patient Care: Outpatient consultations and ENT procedures

Job Responsibilities
Conduct initial and follow-up consultations for patients with ear, nose, and throat conditions.
Perform surgical ENT procedures within the physician’s scope of practice and available clinical resources.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings.
Collaborate with other physicians, advanced practice providers, and healthcare professionals.
Educate patients and family members regarding diagnoses, medications, treatment options, and follow-up care.
Obtain and assess medical histories and document clinical findings and care plans accurately.
Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date patient medical records.
Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
Board-certified or board-eligible in Otolaryngology.
Current applicable state medical licensure and required certifications.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
