- Level I Pediatric Trauma Center
- Start Date: 12/11/2026
- Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Night Call: 4:30 PM - 8:00 AM
- Weekend Call: 24-hour call (8:00 AM - 8:00 AM)
- Estimated Coverage: 7 shifts per month
- Average daily volume: 15-20 patients
- Providers work alongside established Pediatric ENT team
- 30-minute response time
- Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible, Minimum 1 year experience, Illinois license or IMLC candidates, ACLS, BLS, PALS, DEA, CSR license
- Credentialing timeframe: 90 days
- EMR: Epic
