General ENT Physician | Colorado Springs, CO | $458K–$508K | Brand New Clinics | Shared Call

Med Ninjas is recruiting a full-time board-eligible or board-certified Otolaryngologist for a cohesive seven-provider ENT group in Colorado Springs. The incoming physician practices general ENT alongside fellowship-trained subspecialists, with call shared equally across the group.

Practice Environment

• Join a cohesive seven-provider group with robust support from six inpatient/outpatient APPs and three audiologists

• Current group includes fellowship-trained head and neck surgeons, a microvascular surgeon, laryngologist, otologist, rhinologist, and sleep specialists engaged in tertiary-level care

• Two brand new clinics with individual offices and state-of-the-art equipment

• In-suite audiology booths, in-suite vestibular testing, stroboscopy, in-office ultrasound, and procedure rooms

• Easy access to an ambulatory surgery center

• Call is shared equally within the group

• Physician-led medical group employing approximately 2,000 physicians and advanced practice providers

Compensation & Benefits

• $458,000 – $508,000 annually for this full-time position

• Quality and/or productivity bonus may be offered, if applicable

You Must Have

• Board eligibility or board certification in Otolaryngology

• Current Colorado medical license, or willingness to obtain

• Interest in practicing general ENT full-time

• Confirmed availability and start date

• Clean malpractice and license history, highly preferred; license and disciplinary history required

• Subspecialty interests such as Laryngology or Skull Base Surgery, highly preferred

• Active DEA prior to start, no exemptions

• NPDB self-query pulled within the last 30 days

• This role does not accept locums or locums-to-perm candidates; visa sponsorship is not available
