Requirements

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
• Current Colorado medical license or willingness to obtain
• Interest in practicing General ENT full-time
• DEA required prior to start
• NPDB Self-Query Report pulled within 30 days
• License and disciplinary history required
• Clean malpractice and license history strongly preferred
• Candidates should identify subspecialty interests such as Laryngology, Skull Base Surgery, or other areas of focus
