$330/hr
Schedule
Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
30-Minute Lunch
OR Hours: Approximately 7:30 AM-3:30 PM or 4:00 PM
5 OR Days Per Month
7 Clinic Days Per Month
Call Required
Patient Population / Volume
All Ages
Clinic Volume: Approximately 26-27 Patients Per Day
Surgical Volume: Approximately 6 Cases Per Day
Outpatient Surgery for All Ages
Patients Requiring Admission Are Transferred
Clinical Responsibilities
Provide General ENT Care in Clinic and Operating Room Settings
Evaluate and Manage ENT Patients of All Ages
Perform General ENT Surgical Procedures
Provide Outpatient Surgical Care
Participate in Required Call Coverage

Parathyroid Procedures - Preferred
Cochlear Baha Experience - Preferred

Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology - Required
Active Pennsylvania Medical License or IMLC - Required at Time of Presentation
Candidates Requiring Licensure May Be Considered
DEA Registration - Required
ACLS - Required
Minimum of 1 Year of Experience - Required
Credentialing
Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 60 Days
