Opportunity Highlights

Practice Setting and Clinical Scope
Join a dynamic team providing comprehensive care for a diverse patient population. The practice is structured to allow for a 50% focus on General ENT and 50% on subspecialty interests. You'll have the opportunity to develop service lines in Head & Neck Oncology, Otology/Neurotology, Facial Plastic Surgery, Sleep Surgery, and Laryngology, supported by a robust referral network and advanced technology. The practice benefits from limited regional competition, ensuring substantial patient volume and growth potential.
Schedule and Assignment Details
The position offers a flexible schedule with significant input from the physician. Typically, you will have three clinic days and two operating room days per week, handling an average of 25 to 30 patients per day. Surgical procedures are conducted at a regional medical center and affiliated surgery center, equipped with advanced surgical technology, including four da Vinci Xi robotic systems.
Support and Work Environment
Work within a collaborative environment supported by a dedicated team of audiologists, advanced practice providers, and hospitalists. The health system boasts comprehensive specialty backup, including Allergy, Endocrinology, and Neurosurgery, along with 24-hour in-house hospitalist coverage. Physicians are backed by a team of three audiologists and two audiology technicians, enhancing the quality of patient care.
Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology.
- Eligible for Ohio medical licensure.
- Clean background and malpractice history required.
- DEA certification required.
- Experience or interest in subspecialty areas such as Head & Neck Oncology, Otology/Neurotology, Facial Plastic Surgery, Sleep Surgery, or Laryngology is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with electronic medical record systems, preferably Cerner.
