• Provide general ENT coverage in a hospital and outpatient clinic setting.
• Primarily general ENT cases; significant facial trauma is not expected.
• Treat both adult and pediatric patients.
• Clinic volume is approximately 16 patients per day.
• May perform scheduled surgical cases in the OR.
• Epic EMR is used.
• Weekday night and weekend call coverage required.

Job Responsibilities
• Provide general ENT consultations and follow-up care.
• Manage scheduled surgical cases in the OR as needed.
• Provide hospital consultation coverage while in clinic.
• Take overnight call from 5:00 PM–8:00 AM on weekdays.
• Provide 24-hour call coverage on Saturdays and Sundays.
• Respond to patient calls and hospital consultations as needed.
• Collaborate with RNs, LPNs, registration specialists, and audiologists.
• Maintain accurate documentation in Epic EMR.
Qualifications
• Non-boarded providers will not be accepted.
• Minimum 1 year of experience required.
• Must be comfortable treating both adult and pediatric patients.
• Active North Dakota license, IMLC, or eligible licensure required.
• Candidates without IMLC who require licensure cannot be presented.
• No pending malpractice cases.
• Clean professional/background history required.
• Bilingual skills are not required.
Working Hours
• Weekday night call: 5:00 PM–8:00 AM via pager.
• While in clinic, provider is also available for hospital consults.
• Saturday & Sunday: 24-hour call, including 4 gratis hours.
• Holiday coverage may be required.
• Credentialing typically takes 45 days, with expedited processing potentially reducing it to approximately 3 weeks.
