Southeast Missouri | Established Independent Healthcare System
An independent healthcare system in Southeast Missouri is seeking a BC/BE General Otolaryngologist to join an established and well-supported ENT practice serving patients throughout Southeast Missouri, Southern Illinois, and Western Kentucky.
This is an excellent opportunity to step into a busy, established practice with patient volume available from day one, while enjoying a strong support team and an excellent quality of life.
Position Highlights
- Established team of Otolaryngologists and Nurse Practitioners
- Serves a regional population of 650,000+
- Adult & pediatric ENT
- Primarily bread-and-butter General ENT
- Opportunity to perform a broad scope of ENT procedures
- Thyroid/parathyroid surgery and head & neck cancer surgery available for physicians with these interests — not required
- Average 28 clinic patients per day
- Approximately 20–25 surgical procedures per week
- 3 days clinic / 2 days OR
- Clinic hours: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
- Minimal call - low volume, will take call if one of his/her patients calls in, phone consult only
- Dedicated scribes in clinic — no taking charts home or completing notes after clinic
- Fully staffed clinic with audiologists, allergists, and comprehensive support staff
Compensation
- $700,000 Guaranteed Base Salary + wRVU Production
- $100,000 Commencement Bonus
- $15,000 Relocation Assistance
- Student Loan Reimbursement up to $42,000 annually for up to 10 years or until loans are paid in full
