A growing healthcare organization is seeking a full-time or part-time Otolaryngologist (ENT Physician) to join its team and help advance high-quality, patient-centered care.

Job Responsibilities
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a wide range of ear, nose, and throat conditions.
Perform surgical ENT procedures within scope of practice.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, medications, procedures, and treatment options.
Obtain and review medical histories and perform appropriate clinical assessments.
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
Ensure compliance with clinical standards, policies, and quality initiatives.
Provide compassionate, patient-focused care throughout the treatment process.
Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology.
Current unrestricted medical license or ability to obtain applicable state licensure.
Current national certification requirements as applicable.
Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience providing comprehensive ENT care in an outpatient setting.
Experience performing office-based and surgical ENT procedures.
Strong interest in community-based healthcare.
Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Working Hours
Full-Time or Part-Time options available
Approximately 2–4 clinical days per week
0.5 – 1.0 FTE opportunities
