Job Responsibilities
• Perform ENT procedures and minor surgeries in an outpatient setting
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology (ENT)
• Active Oregon medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Outpatient ENT and procedural experience preferred
