• Seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologists to join a dynamic, clinic-based practice in Laredo, Texas.
• Physicians will provide comprehensive ENT care in the clinic with surgical opportunities at affiliated hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers.
• Fellowship-trained, new graduate, and experienced ENT physicians are welcome to apply.
• Relocation candidates are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive outpatient ENT consultations and follow-up care.
• Perform appropriate in-office ENT procedures.
• Perform surgical procedures at affiliated hospitals and surgery centers.
• Develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Coordinate care with other physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Provide postoperative care and limited on-call support for your own patients.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow applicable standards of care.
Qualifications
• Completion of an accredited Otolaryngology residency.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology.
• Must be eligible for or hold a Texas medical license.
• Fellowship-trained, new graduates, and experienced physicians are welcome.
• Must be comfortable performing in-office ENT procedures.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
Working Hours
• Full-time schedule preferred.
• Part-time opportunities may be considered in select cases.
• Minimal weekend/on-call responsibilities.
• Call is generally limited to postoperative calls for the physician's own patients.
• Typical clinic volume: approximately 20–25 patients per day.
• Immediate start opportunities available.
