URGENT permanent Otolaryngology opportunity in Laredo, Texas! Join a dynamic, clinic-based ENT practice with established surgical collaboration across affiliated hospitals and surgery centers. This is an excellent opportunity for board-certified or board-eligible ENT physicians seeking a strong clinical environment, surgical access, and competitive earning potential.
The practice offers a full-time daytime schedule with minimal weekend and on-call responsibilities, typically limited to postoperative calls for your own patients. See approximately 20–25 patients per day while managing a diverse ENT caseload and performing in-office procedures. New graduates, fellowship-trained physicians, and experienced Otolaryngologists are welcome, with immediate openings available.
Job Responsibilities
• Perform comprehensive ENT examinations and appropriate in-office procedures.
• Provide surgical care through affiliated hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide ongoing patient management.
• Coordinate care with surgical, medical, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide postoperative follow-up and limited call coverage for your own patients.
Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology.
• Eligible for or active Texas medical license.
• Ability to perform in-office ENT procedures.
• New graduates, fellowship-trained physicians, and experienced ENT physicians encouraged to apply.
• Strong clinical, communication, and patient-care skills.
Working Hours
