Healthcare United is seeking an ENT (Otolaryngology) Physician to join a well-established, hospital-affiliated multispecialty group in Connecticut's Lower Naugatuck Valley. This opportunity offers a balanced outpatient and surgical practice, a stable group setting, and strong referral support for a physician looking to build a long-term ENT patient panel. The incoming physician will manage a broad scope of ear, nose, throat, head, and neck conditions within a collaborative, well-supported clinical environment.
Job Responsibilities
Perform outpatient ENT procedures and surgical cases including sinus, tonsil, and thyroid/parathyroid surgery
Manage chronic sinus disease, hearing loss, voice disorders, and sleep-disordered breathing
Provide pre-operative and post-operative surgical care
Collaborate with referring primary care and specialty providers
Qualifications
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery
Active or eligible Connecticut medical license
Experience with both outpatient ENT care and surgical procedures
Working Hours
Combination of outpatient clinic and scheduled surgical time
Monday through Friday core schedule
Call rotation as needed
Skills
ENT surgical procedures (sinus, tonsil, thyroid/parathyroid)
Sleep-disordered breathing and voice disorder management
Patient communication and care coordination
Collaborative referral-based practice
