Clinical Role
Seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Otolaryngologist (ENT)
Full-time employed position
Established, busy ENT practice serving patients from newborns through adults
Approximately 50% inpatient and 50% outpatient practice
Flexible schedule with the option of four clinic days and one operating room day per week or dedicated block surgical time
Shared 1:4 call rotation, averaging approximately eight call days per month
Average clinic volume of 20–25 patients per day
Perform a broad range of ENT procedures including septoplasty, turbinate reduction, tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy (T&A), tonsillectomy, nasal and sinus endoscopy with debridement, and tongue biopsy
Practice at a 465-bed, Joint Commission-accredited regional medical center with 15 operating rooms, Level III NICU, five cardiac catheterization labs, and advanced specialty technology
Access to three Xi Da Vinci robotic surgical systems

Candidate Requirements
MD or DO degree required
Board eligible or board certified in Otolaryngology
Fellowship training in Otolaryngology required
California medical license or eligibility to obtain a California medical license
Strong interest in providing comprehensive ENT care for patients ranging from newborns to adults
Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team in both inpatient and outpatient settings
Compensation & Benefits
Annual compensation ranging from $378,759 to $575,516, based on qualifications, experience, and productivity
