• Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible otolaryngologist (ENT)

• Join an established practice with one otolaryngologist, one APP, and one audiologist

• Busy, growing practice with a strong referral base

• State-of-the-art equipment

• Perform procedures in both the main operating room and the outpatient surgery center

Organization Information:

• Independent, not-for-profit, 268-bed acute care hospital

• Serves a 12-county, two-state region across North Central Arkansas and South Central Missouri

• Service population of approximately 233,000

• Base salary of $600,000 plus productivity incentives

• Combined commencement/relocation bonus of up to $100,000

• Fellow stipend of $1,000 per month, if applicable

• Arkansas Community Match Rural Practice Incentive available for eligible candidates

• Eligible employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program
