A healthcare organization is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologist (ENT) to join their team. Job Responsibilities
Diagnose and manage a broad range of ear, nose, and throat conditions
Perform ENT surgical procedures within scope of practice
Develop and manage individualized patient treatment plans
Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, medications, and treatment options
Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and healthcare teams
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
Participate in quality patient care initiatives
Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
Current medical license or eligibility for licensure
Strong clinical and interpersonal communication skills
Commitment to patient-centered care
Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team
Working Hours
Full-time or part-time opportunity available
Approximately 2–4 days per week depending on physician preference
