Overview:
* Join an established ENT practice alongside 2 physicians, 2 APPs, 6 clinical RNs, and 3 CMAs
* Expanding satellite clinic presence with additional locations in Bettendorf, IA and Geneseo, IL
* Average patient volume of 30 patients per day
* Light 1:5 after-hours call schedule shared every other weekend and triaged through a nurse line
* Cohesive team environment providing autonomy to build the practice according to your interests
* Experienced clinical and non-clinical support staff familiar with the community and patient population
* Fully integrated Epic EMR system across clinics and hospitals to enhance care coordination
* Opportunity to practice across multiple locations while maintaining strong work-life balance
