• Completion of an Otolaryngology (ENT) residency
• U.S. medical degree or foreign equivalent
• Eligible for or currently holding an unrestricted Michigan medical license
• Michigan Controlled Substance License (or eligible)

• Established ENT practice serving the community since 2000
• Full-spectrum Otolaryngology practice including:
  • General ENT
  • Thyroid and parathyroid surgery
  • Rhinology
  • Sleep disorders
  • Airway and breathing disorders
  • Sinus surgery
• Easy access to adult and pediatric primary care referrals
