Thriving, well-established ENT group seeks 7th Otolaryngologist:
• Based at a state-of-the-art "Top 100" hospital, located in the heart of ND's largest metro
• Strong demand for General ENT + opportunity to subspecialize if desired
• Current ENTs very willing to provide mentorship
• Plenty of clinical and administrative support: 9 APPs & 6 Audiologists, + highly experienced nursing staff
• Dedicated block OR time from the start, w/ ability to expand based on demand
• General hospital/ED call is shared 1:8 (Facial Trauma coverage not required, and subspecialists handle Head & Neck and Neurotology)
• Option to teach medical students & residents
• Flexible block schedule option also available (2 weeks/month or 182 shifts annually - would consist of hospital/ER coverage w/ some minor outpatient surgery)
Compensation & Benefits:
• $700K+ starting base salary with additional wRVU bonuses delivering truly exceptional total earning potential
• $150K signing bonus
• Executive-tier benefits: 35+ days off, 401K match, health/dental/vision, malpractice w/ tail, relocation stipend
