Permanent Position
Seeking a Fellowship-Trained Otologist to join an established and rapidly growing Otolaryngology program serving Western Colorado and Eastern Utah.
Position Highlights:
* Join one of the premier ENT programs in Western Colorado
* Established regional referral center serving a large multi-state patient population
* Immediate patient volume available with strong referral demand
* Opportunity to continue and expand an established otology service line with significant regional draw
* Previous Otologist built a highly successful practice and was the only fellowship-trained Otologist between Denver and Salt Lake City
* Join a collaborative team consisting of:
* Fellowship-Trained Facial Plastics & Reconstructive Surgeon
* Fellowship-Trained Pediatric Otolaryngologist
* Two Advanced Practice Providers
* Well-established referral network including numerous hospital-employed primary care providers and regional specialists
* Affiliated with a Level III Trauma Center
* Strong reputation for quality outcomes and patient satisfaction
Practice Details:
* Blend of Otology and General ENT
* Otology volume expected to grow as the practice continues to expand
* Opportunity to build and shape the future of otologic services for a large geographic region
* Regional referral base with limited competition for advanced otologic care

Call Schedule:
* Shared General ENT and Trauma Call coverage
* Call is considered highly manageable
* Facial trauma volume is limited as a larger regional trauma center in the community receives the majority of complex trauma cases
* Ideal opportunity for candidates seeking a balanced practice rather than a trauma-heavy position
Responsibilities:
* Diagnose and manage disorders of the ear, hearing, balance, and skull base
* Perform advanced otologic and neurotologic surgical procedures
* Evaluate and treat chronic ear disease, hearing loss, vestibular disorders, and related conditions
* Collaborate with ENT colleagues, audiologists, primary care physicians, and specialists
* Participate in program development and regional outreach initiatives
* Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
Qualifications:
* MD or DO
* Board Eligible or Board Certified in Otolaryngology
* Fellowship Training in Otology/Neurotology required
* Eligible for Colorado medical licensure

* $450,000 guaranteed base salary
