Job Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient otolaryngology care for pediatric and adult patients with disorders of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck.
* Diagnose and manage a broad range of ENT conditions, including sinus disease, hearing disorders, thyroid and parathyroid disease, head and neck masses, sleep disorders, voice disorders, salivary gland disease, and airway conditions.
* Perform a full spectrum of otolaryngologic surgical procedures utilizing a highly efficient Ambulatory Surgery Center and advanced operating room resources to maximize surgical productivity.
* Develop and grow your practice based on your clinical interests and subspecialty expertise.
Collaborate closely with four experienced audiologists, an Advanced Practice Provider team, primary care physicians, pediatricians, pulmonologists, oncology specialists, emergency medicine physicians, and other medical specialists to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
* Build lasting relationships with referring physicians throughout Northeast Arkansas and Southeast Missouri while serving a regional population of more than 700,000 residents.
* Utilize advanced surgical resources, including the new Surgery & ICU Tower featuring 18 state-of-the-art operating rooms, to provide exceptional patient care.
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based clinical practices that support outstanding patient outcomes.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation utilizing the organization's electronic medical record system.
