Position Highlights

An established multi-specialty physician group is seeking an Otolaryngologist to build and grow a comprehensive ENT practice in one of California's fastest-growing communities.

This opportunity offers significant autonomy, strong organizational support, an established referral network, and the ability to help shape the future of ENT services in the region.

Practice Details

  • Full-time employed position
  • Monday through Friday schedule
  • Dedicated Medical Assistant support
  • Clinic leadership and administrative support provided
  • Average patient volume of approximately 17 patients per day
  • Call coverage of approximately 7 days per month
  • Bread-and-butter ENT practice
  • Approximately 60% surgical and 40% clinic-based care
  • Opportunity to build and grow a thriving ENT service line within a large physician network

Clinical Scope

Typical procedures may include:

  • Myringotomy and ear tube placement
  • Nasal and sinus procedures
  • Septoplasty and turbinate reduction
  • Balloon sinuplasty
  • Endoscopic sinus surgery
  • Laryngoscopy and select voice procedures
  • Tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy
  • Sleep apnea and airway-related procedures
  • Parotid and select neck surgeries

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $475,000 – $500,000
  • Two-year guaranteed income
  • Transition to productivity-based compensation model thereafter
  • Sign-on bonus available

Qualifications

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
  • California medical license or ability to obtain
  • New graduates and experienced physicians encouraged to apply
