Seeking a BC/BE General Otolaryngologist to join its rapidly growing practice in South Texas. This is a unique opportunity to enter one of the most underserved ENT markets in the country with immediate patient demand, strong procedural volume, physician autonomy, and a pathway to ownership.

- $510,000 + Quarterly Bonus
• $30,000 Sign-On / Relocation
• 20–25 Patients Per Day
• 30–40 Surgical Cases Monthly

CLINICAL SCOPE
Broad-spectrum ENT practice including sinus surgery, septoplasty, balloon sinuplasty, ear procedures, thyroid surgery, allergy services, sleep apnea management, and in-office procedures. Providers are encouraged to develop areas of clinical interest.
