A growing health system in Western Wisconsin is seeking a full-time or part-time otolaryngologist (ENT) to join a collaborative and patient-focused team. This opportunity offers flexibility with a .5–1.0 FTE schedule (approximately 2–4 days per week), minimal call responsibilities, and an excellent work-life balance while providing high-quality care to the community.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial consultations and follow-up evaluations for ENT patients
  • Perform surgical and non-surgical ENT procedures within scope of practice
  • Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and healthcare teams
  • Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, medications, and treatment plans
  • Accurately assess, document, and manage patient care plans
  • Maintain complete and up-to-date medical records

Qualifications

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otorhinolaryngology
  • Eligible for or currently holding Wisconsin medical licensure
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Patient-centered approach to care
