Job description
We are seeking a full-time BE/BC Otolaryngologist to join a well-established ENT practice in Northwest Indiana, working alongside experienced partners and advanced practice providers in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.
Position Highlights:
- Established ENT group with two physicians and three advanced practice providers
- Balanced schedule: 3 clinic days and 2 dedicated OR days per week
- Average outpatient volume of ~20 patients per day
- Shared call coverage (1:3)
- Strong, experienced clinical support staff
- Well-established practice with steady referral base
- EPIC-based EMR for inpatient and outpatient care
- Focus on comprehensive ENT care and long-term patient relationships
