One of the premier healthcare organizations in North Carolina is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Otolaryngologist to join a thriving, high-volume ENT practice — a role opening up because of tremendous, sustained growth, not attrition. This is an established practice with strong referral demand, on-site audiology, and full in-office ancillary services already built and ready for you, seeing approximately 25 patients per day across a 4½-day work week. You'll practice a broad mix of general ENT with real room to develop a subspecialty interest and grow your surgical volume as much as you want, backed by a team of 3 other physicians and strong APP support. - Outpatient volume built for a full practice — see approximately 25 patients per day in a beautiful, modern clinic just 10 minutes from the hospital.
- Broad clinical scope with room to specialize — practice general ENT with genuine opportunity to develop a subspecialty interest and grow your surgical volume over time.
- Reasonable, shared call — just 6 days of call per month shared across the team, with the option to pick up more call for additional compensation.
- Strong team-based support — work alongside 3 other ENT providers and strong APPs who share the workload and help the practice run smoothly.

- Outstanding, negotiable compensation — $450K-$500K base plus uncapped wRVU production for $550K+ total compensation.
