· EMR: Cerner
· Hospital Bed size: 268 beds
· Trauma Level: 1
Practice Setting:
• Hospital
Requirements:
· Board Certification: must be BC or BE in ENT
· License Required: AZ license required
· DEA: required
· Minimum Experience Required: 1 year
Credentialing Timeframe: emergency available
