We are seeking an ENT Physician to join a growing, patient-focused practice in Roswell, New Mexico. This opportunity offers a strong compensation range, low call burden, and a balanced mix of clinic and surgical cases. Job Responsibilities
• Perform in-office ENT procedures and minor surgical interventions
• Conduct clinic visits (20–25 patients per day)
• Perform surgical procedures in affiliated hospitals and surgery centers
• Provide post-operative care and follow-up for patients
• Collaborate with care teams for coordinated patient management
Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology (ENT)
• Active New Mexico medical license (or ability to obtain)
• Comfortable performing in-office procedures (required)
• Open to new graduates and experienced physicians
Working Hours
• Outpatient clinic-based schedule
• Minimal call (primarily post-surgical patient call)
