- Built-in Multidisciplinary Support: You won’t be practicing in a silo. You will lead a robust clinical team including:
- 3 Audiologists: Providing comprehensive diagnostic support, including ABR (Auditory Brainstem Response) and VNG (Videonystagmography).
- 2 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs): Dedicated specialists to streamline your volume—one focused on Allergy and one focused on Sleep.
- The “Sole Provider” Advantage: As the only ENT in Spearfish, you’ll enjoy a massive internal referral stream from local PCPs and Pediatricians, plus a regional draw from South Dakota, Wyoming, and Montana.
