Job description
Otolaryngology (ENT) Location: Abilene, TX Board Certified/Board Eligible • Opportunity for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Otolaryngologist (ENT) to practice in a major regional medical center serving a 24-county area. • Practicing physicians, experienced providers, and residents are encouraged to apply. • Must be licensed in Texas or eligible for Texas licensure. • Employment and solo/private practice model options available. • Relocation, marketing support, sign-on bonus, and stipend options may be offered. Compensation & Incentives • Attractive first-year salary of at least $527,379 with a lucrative incentive program. • $45,000 sign-on bonus, including relocation assistance. • Potential student loan repayment assistance. • Potential monthly training stipend for candidates up to 24 months from completion of training. • Marketing support to help build and promote the practice within the community and region.
