* Seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologist (ENT)
* Hospital-employed position in a brand new practice
* Solo provider role with no local competition
* General ENT practice treating both adult and pediatric patients
* Primarily outpatient with light call responsibilities
* Dedicated procedure rooms and on-site testing available
* Strong hospitalist support for inpatient care
* Open to new graduates comfortable with independent practice
