Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient ENT care, including diagnosis and treatment of conditions affecting the ears, nose, throat, head, and neck.
- Perform a broad spectrum of ENT surgical procedures at both the hospital setting and outpatient surgery centers.
- Develop and manage a growing outpatient patient panel by addressing unmet regional demand for ENT services.
- Collaborate with audiology professionals to deliver integrated hearing and ENT care solutions.
- Participate in shared emergency department call coverage on a 1:5 rotation, providing urgent ENT consultations when needed.
- Serve as a resource for regional providers by offering expert consultations for ENT-related conditions.
- Document and coordinate patient care utilizing the EPIC electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care aimed at achieving optimal clinical outcomes.
- Perform surgical procedures at Parkview Medical Center, a Level III Trauma Center, and at the outpatient surgery center.
- Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration across the large UCHealth network to ensure seamless patient management.
- Maintain excellent communication with colleagues, specialists, and support staff.
- Adherence to organizational policies, including a strict no-locum or locum-to-perm policy. No visa candidates are supported for this role.
Qualifications:
- Medical Degree (MD or DO) with completion of Otolaryngology residency.
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Otolaryngology (ENT).
- Active medical license in Colorado or ability to acquire one.
- Proven ability to build and manage a busy clinical practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-focused care.

- Competitive annual salary range of $458,000 – $508,000, commensurate with experience.
