This full-time, clinic-based position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your expertise, make meaningful differences in patients’ lives, and grow professionally within a supportive team.

Required Skills:
  • Active Washington state license in Audiology
  • Completion of a master’s or doctorate degree in audiology, including clinical practicum
  • Proficiency in performing diagnostic hearing tests (pure tone air and bone conduction, speech audiometry, impedance audiometry)
  • Ability to interpret test results accurately for patients and physicians
  • Strong patient communication skills and the ability to provide comprehensive hearing health education
  • Current BLS certification

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with hearing aid evaluations, fittings, and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of ear protection options and recommendations
  • Familiarity with tele-audiology or remote testing technologies
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Master’s degree or AuD from a board-approved institution
  • Prior clinical experience in a medical or audiology setting
  • Demonstrated ability to manage diverse patient populations, from birth to seniors

Other Requirements:
  • Must have an active Washington state license
  • Willingness to begin employment ASAP
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Valid BLS certification throughout employment
  • Willingness to conduct hearing aid evaluations, fittings, and routine maintenance
  • Reliable transportation for travel or site visits if required
