Required Skills:
- Active Washington state license in Audiology
- Completion of a master’s or doctorate degree in audiology, including clinical practicum
- Proficiency in performing diagnostic hearing tests (pure tone air and bone conduction, speech audiometry, impedance audiometry)
- Ability to interpret test results accurately for patients and physicians
- Strong patient communication skills and the ability to provide comprehensive hearing health education
- Current BLS certification
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with hearing aid evaluations, fittings, and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of ear protection options and recommendations
- Familiarity with tele-audiology or remote testing technologies
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master’s degree or AuD from a board-approved institution
- Prior clinical experience in a medical or audiology setting
- Demonstrated ability to manage diverse patient populations, from birth to seniors
Other Requirements:
- Must have an active Washington state license
- Willingness to begin employment ASAP
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Valid BLS certification throughout employment
- Willingness to conduct hearing aid evaluations, fittings, and routine maintenance
- Reliable transportation for travel or site visits if required
