Sanford Health in Bemidji, MN is seeking a BE/BC Otolaryngologist to join a growing program
- High volume general ENT practice
- Opportunity to provide sub-specialty services and customize your practice
- OR block time – 2 days per week
- 10 ORs
- Two audiologists and one APP
- Large primary care referral base
- 142,000 service population
- 118 bed hospital – 14 bed ICU
- Level III trauma center
Compensation Package
- Compensation floor of $750,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus
estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.
- In addition, a $150,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 3 years (this will
be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)
