Otolaryngology Opportunity – Rhinology & Skull Base Surgery
Location: Kansas City, MO

Position Highlights
* Join an established hospital-based ENT practice with a strong primary care and specialty referral network
* Busy rhinology practice with high demand for advanced sinonasal and skull base care
* Collaborate with two dedicated skull base neurosurgeons in a multidisciplinary program
* Broad support from specialists in facial plastics and reconstructive surgery, head and neck oncology with microvascular reconstruction, general otolaryngology, and oral and maxillofacial surgery
* Shared call schedule (non-trauma)
* Fully integrated Epic EMR
Clinical Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive management of sinonasal disease
* Perform advanced rhinologic procedures including endoscopic sinus surgery
* Manage anterior skull base disorders with ablative and reconstructive surgical techniques
* Participate in multidisciplinary skull base and oncology care teams
* Collaborate with neurosurgery and other specialists for complex skull base cases
Practice Environment
* Well-equipped office with flexible and rigid endoscopes
* Advanced endoscopy towers and in-office procedure capabilities
* Established referral network supporting strong procedural volume

Candidate Requirements
* MD or DO
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
* Fellowship training in Rhinology or Skull Base Surgery preferred
* Eligible for medical licensure in Missouri
