Job Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for the ENT division
- Perform advanced and minimally invasive surgical procedures
- Maintain active outpatient clinic and surgical schedule
- Oversee clinical quality and operational excellence
- Mentor physicians and advanced practice providers
- Collaborate across specialties for integrated patient care
- Participate in shared 1:4 call rotation
Qualifications
- Board-Certified in Otolaryngology (ENT)
- Active or eligible for New Jersey medical licensure
- Active DEA certification
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Demonstrated clinical experience beyond training
- Prior leadership or program development experience preferred
