45 Minutes South of Champaign | Flexible Scheduling | High Earning Potential

• Permanent, full-time Otolaryngology (ENT) physician position

• Seeking board certified or truly board eligible ENT physicians

• Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm schedule

• Flexible scheduling options including part-time and creative schedules

• Call 1:4

• Cerner EMR

• Current team includes:

  • 1 full-time ENT/Laryngologist

  • 1 full-time General ENT

  • 1 part-time General ENT

  • 2 Advanced Practice Providers

• Opportunity to add and supervise a dedicated APP as the practice grows

• W2 position only

• No visa sponsorship available

• Open to 2027 and beyond candidates

• $900,000 base salary + RVU production

• $75,000 sign-on bonus

• $100,000 retention bonus
