Provide medical and surgical management for a broad range of ear, nose, throat, and head & neck conditions while collaborating with primary care and specialty teams. Practice in modern outpatient settings with strong referral volume, established patient panels, and administrative support.

Job Responsibilities
• Perform procedures including tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, sinus treatments, and management of epistaxis
• Evaluate and manage sinusitis, hearing disorders, balance issues, and voice conditions
• Treat head and neck tumors and structural abnormalities
• Manage smell and taste disorders
• Conduct thorough physical exams and diagnostic evaluations
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care
• Provide both medical and minor surgical interventions in outpatient settings
Qualifications
• Completion of accredited Otolaryngology Residency
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Otolaryngology
• Strong surgical skills and manual dexterity
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and visuospatial awareness
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
