Job description
Seeking a BC/BE ENT Physician who values high quality care and work/life balance to join our team in the heart of Washington state!
- First-year salary guarantee based on MGMA/AMGA median, with RVU production in year two. Placement in a starting range is based on training, experience, certifications, etc. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidate’s qualifications.
- Join our team as one of five outstanding ENT physicians.
- Full-time position.
- Open to 0.8 FTE position or 1.0 FTE position.
- A four-day or five-day schedule is available.
- ENT call is 1:5 (usually one weekend and one Monday–Thursday block every five weeks).
- Consults at our local community hospital with a very strong hospitalist program.
- One surgical day per week once the practice is established.
- Epic electronic medical record.
- Up to 11 weeks of time off.
Compensation/Benefits May Include:
- Guaranteed salary range: $488,208 - 516,424 based on candidate's qualifications
