Job description

Job description

Every ENT opportunity talks about balance and support. Very few actually deliver. This one does.

We’re seeking a Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Otolaryngologist to join a collaborative, physician-led multispecialty practice where workflows are intentional, physicians have a real voice, and time is treated as the valuable resource it is.

Why This Role Works

Integrated care, not silos:
Collaborate closely with Allergy, Endocrinology, Urgent Care, and surgical partners who prioritize teamwork and continuity of care.

Everything you need, on-site:
Audiology, lab, and radiology services are all in one location—streamlining decisions and improving patient flow.

Efficient surgical access:
Access to an Ambulatory Surgery Center for a smooth, efficient clinic-to-OR experience.

Strong support model:
Dedicated 1:1 Medical Assistant with shared nursing support to keep your day running efficiently.

Reasonable call:
Evenly distributed call schedule that respects life outside of medicine.

Growth built in:
Supportive environment for both experienced ENTs and new graduates, with mentorship available as needed.

Requirements

  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Otolaryngology

  • Eligible for or holding an unrestricted state medical license

  • DEA registered or eligible

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive compensation

  • RVU / productivity incentives (when applicable)

  • Generous CME and professional development support

  • Comprehensive benefits package

  • Shareholder opportunity

  • Administrative and care management support to reduce non-clinical workload

This is an ENT role designed to function well, value physicians as partners, and support a long, sustainable career.
