Pacific Companies is presenting a General Otolaryngology opportunity with a busy, physician-led ENT group in Northern California. This position is ideal for Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologists seeking immediate clinical volume, long-term stability, and true practice ownership from day one. The group serves both adult and pediatric patients and is currently booking several months out, allowing new physicians to ramp quickly in clinic and the OR. Physicians enjoy guaranteed OR access, efficient scheduling, and a strong procedural mix without block-time constraints. With predictable call (no trauma), wide-open surgical upside, and a culture centered on physician autonomy, this role offers both professional fulfillment and sustainable work-life balance.
Position, Compensation & Organization Highlights
- General ENT practice with facial plastics opportunities available
- Immediate volume with rapid ramp-up in clinic and operating room
- Standard schedule of 1 full OR day and 4 clinic days with guaranteed OR access
- Strong procedural mix including general ENT and Inspire sleep surgery
- Significant surgical upside with major ear and facial plastics cases currently referred out
- Predictable call at non-trauma hospitals; major facial trauma handled by a Level II center
- Physician-owned outpatient clinic designed for efficient, high-touch ENT care
- Integrated in-house audiology and on-site CT imaging for same-day diagnostics
- EPIC EMR supporting efficiency while preserving physician autonomy
- Exclusive access to a hospital-affiliated ASC with pathway to ownership
