Physician Practice Enhancement and Liberty Medical is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Otolaryngologist to join our well-established and growing medical practice in Shrewsbury, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated physician looking not only to practice comprehensive ENT care, but also to grow into a Partnership track or full practice takeover.

Position

    • Full-time, office-based and procedural practice
    • Established patient base with strong community referral network
    • Supportive clinical and administrative staff
    • Outpatient office has 3 exam rooms, one equipped with Ecleris wall mounted microscope with video setup

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Diagnose and treat disorders of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck. Perform comprehensive patient evaluations
 
Develop individualized treatment plans, coordinate follow-up care and/or surgery
 
Collaborate with primary care providers and specialists for comprehensive patient care
 
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in EMR, currently practice uses CGM Plus
 
Provide patient and family education regarding conditions and treatments
 
Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
 
Contribute to the growth and development of the practice, with the opportunity to transition into a medical leadership role. One physician is currently semi retired, working approximately 4-5 hours every other week and one physician works Tuesday and Thursday am. We would like someone to essentially take over this practice and patient base, while expanding the growth of the office.

Qualifications

Qualifications

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
 
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology New Jersey medical license
 
Strong clinical, surgical, and interpersonal skills
 
Interest in long-term growth and potential practice management

Working Hours

Opportunity for professional growth into practice leadership and operational oversight, including working business hours. Practice is currently closed on Wednesday’s and Saturday and Sunday.
