Job Title: Otolaryngologist (ENT) – Locum Tenens
Location: Normal, Illinois
Practice Type: Multispecialty Group & Hospital
$250 hourly
Assignment Overview:
Seeking a Board Certified or truly Board Eligible Otolaryngologist for locum tenens coverage. Ideal candidates will have fellowship training in Head/Neck Surgical Oncology or Rhinology/Sinus. Provider must be prepared to care for a diverse patient population including pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
Schedule & Call:
Clinic and surgery schedule: Monday–Friday
Call: 1 week per month
Hospital & Clinic Details:
221-bed facility; Level II Trauma Center
EMR: Epic
Procedures:
Standard ENT surgical procedures, in-office scopes, biopsies, and adult ear tubes.
Support Staff:
2 full-time RNs, 3 full-time CMAs, a surgery scheduler, and 2 full-time front desk team members.
Patient Volume:
Average of 10–14 patients per day (APPs may see up to 15).
Licensure & Requirements:
Must hold an active Illinois medical license (MD or DO)
Must provide vaccination records, drug screening, physical exam (within 90 days of start)
Completion of online training modules prior to orientation (approx. 2 hours)
