1 hour from Chicago
Position Highlights:
- 2 dedicated days per week in OR and 3 in clinic
- Strong need in the community - be as busy as you want to be
- The community of roughly 100,000 does not have a full-time permanent ENT
- Favorable Call Schedule - 1:8 call
- Epic EMR
Compensation & Benefits:
- Negotiable Base Salary starting at $515,000 + RVU Production Bonus
- Realistic annual compensation $600,000+ annually

Qualifications:
- Degree: M.D. or D.O.
- Certifications: Board certification preferred, board-eligible acceptable
- Licensure: State licensure or ability to obtain state licensure
- Skillset: General otolaryngology
- Experience: Open to 2026 fellows and experienced surgeons
