Near Chicago
Position Highlights:
- NO CALL Responsibilities - Your time off is YOURS.
- 2 dedicated days per week in the OR with full OR support staff and first assist.
- Strong community need with the ability to be as busy as you want to be.
- Community of roughly 100,000 with no full-time permanent ENT.
- Step into an underserved market with built-in demand and room to grow quickly.
- APP support for post-op and follow-up visits to improve clinic efficiency.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Negotiable Base Salary starting at $550,000 + Uncapped RVU Production Bonus
- Sign-on and relocation assistance

Qualifications:
- Degree: M.D. or D.O.
- Certifications: Board certification preferred, board-eligible acceptable
- Licensure: State licensure or ability to obtain state licensure
- Skillset: General otolaryngology
- Experience: Open to new grads and experienced surgeons
