Position Highlights:

- Explosive Patient Demand: Market dropped from 12 ENTs to only 4, guaranteeing immediate volume
- Ideal Practice Setting: Protected weekly OR block every Friday at local hospital
- Strong Support: Three medical assistants + two RNs supporting just two ENTs
- Choose Your Focus: Bread-and-butter ENT or head & neck specialty
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Compensation: Up to $552,000 first year total comp
- Sign-On Bonus: $80,000
- Relocation Bonus: $12,000
- Resident Stipend: $20,000 per year
- CME Allowance: $5,000 & 2 weeks off
- Paid Time Off: 6 weeks PTO

Qualifications:
- Degree: DO or MD
- Certification: Board eligible or certified
- Licensure: Active IL license or the ability to obtain one
