Otolaryngologist (ENT) - Join a Growing Team in Jonesboro, AR


A highly respected healthcare system is expanding its ENT service line and seeking an additional Otolaryngologist to join a busy, well-supported practice in Jonesboro, Arkansas. This opportunity offers a strong and established patient base, modern clinical resources, and the flexibility to shape your practice while enjoying a healthy work-life balance in a welcoming, family-friendly community.


Practice Setting:


  • 438-bed regional medical center serving Northeast Arkansas and Southeast Missouri with a 600,000 patient service area
  • Award-winning medical center, named "Best Places to Work in Arkansas" for 10 consecutive years
  • Level III trauma center with diverse medical staff and over 40 specialties offered
  • State-of-the-art operating rooms and new equipment, including towers, video scopes, and more
  • Comprehensive support services including Anesthesia, Radiology, Emergency Medicine, and Audiology


Schedule:


  • Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
    • 2-3 days per week in clinic, 2-3 days in the OR; flexible based on provider preference
    • Call is 1:5 and taken from home


Compensation & Benefits:


  • $515,000 guaranteed salary for the first 2 years + production, plus a $100,000 relocation & signing bonus
  • Student loan forgiveness & ACOs Shared Savings Program (CEP) available
  • Comprehensive benefits include health, dental, vision, and retirement plans with matching
  • Up to $3,000 per year for CME, licensure & DEA reimbursements
