Kingman Regional Medical Center (KRMC) is seeking a General Otolaryngologist (ENT) to join our growing, community-focused health system in beautiful northwest Arizona. This is a full-time, hospital-employed position offering excellent support, a strong referral base, and the opportunity to build a thriving practice in a region with high demand and limited competition.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive ENT care for pediatric and adult patients
  • Perform in-office procedures (based on physician comfort and skill)
  • Conduct surgical cases including tonsils, adenoids, sinus procedures, tympanostomy tubes, etc.
  • Participate in shared call rotation
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Engage in quality improvement and safety initiatives
  • Help build, expand, and shape a growing ENT service line


Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
  • Eligible for Arizona medical license
  • Strong clinical skills and interest in general ENT
  • Commitment to compassionate patient care and community service
  • New graduates and experienced physicians encouraged to apply
