Job description

Job description

Every Otolaryngology position seems to promise the same three things: better support, better balance, and better patient care. But as you know, those promises don’t always match the day-to-day reality.

Seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Otolaryngologist who wants to practice in a collaborative, physician-led environment where your expertise is valued, your growth is supported, and your well-being is taken seriously.

Requirements for the position as an Otolaryngologist:

  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Otolaryngology

  • Eligible for or holding an unrestricted State Medical License

  • DEA registered (or eligible)

What makes this Otolaryngology opportunity different?

Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work in an established multispecialty practice where ENT isn’t siloed. You’ll collaborate daily with Allergists, Endocrinologists, Urgent Care colleagues, and surgical partners—creating a seamless, patient-centered experience.

On-Site Support: Forget running all over town for testing and diagnostics. With on-site audiology, laboratory, and radiology services, you can expedite care and improve patient outcomes—without unnecessary delays.

Surgical Convenience & Access: Gain access to Ambulatory Surgery Centers, allowing you to efficiently manage both clinical and surgical components of your practice.

Clinical Support: Work 1:1 with a dedicated medical assistant and shared nursing support, enabling you to focus on what you do best—treating patients.

Balanced Workload: Coverage is equally shared, making call responsibilities more manageable and fostering a team environment where physicians support one another.

Mentorship & Growth: Whether you're an experienced surgeon or a recent graduate, you’ll have access to mentorship, coordinated resources, and a network of peers who want to see you succeed.

Compensation Package:

  • Competitive compensation

  • RVU and productivity incentives (if applicable)

  • Generous CME funding and professional development support

  • Comprehensive benefits package

  • Shareholder opportunity

  • Full administrative and care management support to reduce your non-clinical burden
