Facility:
This medical center is a well-established healthcare facility serving the Roswell community and surrounding areas. With 7 beds in the department, this Level 3 trauma center provides comprehensive ENT services and surgical capabilities to meet the needs of southeastern New Mexico residents.
Opportunity: Otolaryngology
Job Details:
• Start July 1, 2026- Ongoing
• 5 clinic days per month (Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm)
• No call or after-hours responsibilities
• Clinic-based practice with 2 days of surgery in the Hospital (7-12 surgeries monthly)
• Supporting a PA who covers the clinic during the week
• Long-term coverage opportunity (not rotating providers each month)
• Mixed Setting -IP and OP
• Average of 5 patient encounters per shift
• Perform various ENT procedures including endoscopic procedures (septal, sinus)
• Conduct bronchoscopies (flexible and rigid) and laryngoscopies
• Perform tracheotomies, thyroidectomies, and extended parotidectomies
• Handle radical neck surgery and facial reconstruction/surgery
• Manage complex head and neck cases as well as general ENT
• BLS certification required
• Must be licensed in New Mexico
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Paid Travel and Lodging.
